Dance for All is a fun, accessible class for all.
Focused on a series of basic movement patterns and sequences, you will learn two warm ups, a routine and a cool down.
Do you need to be John Travolta? Absolutely not. But if you are wanting to build stamina, cardio vascular strength and fitness and maintain correct posture and alignment to prevent injury, this social class is a fun and energised way to do it! All ages and abilities welcome.
Class Level : Beginner - Intermediate.
