Hi it’s Nicki here from Horsted Health Club. From beginner to athlete, bump to beyond, and peri- to post-menopause, I help people move well and feel strong at every stage of life. With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, I deliver 1:1 coaching and group classes including Spin, Pilates, Strength, and Mobility.
I hold specialist qualifications in pre- and postnatal exercise and wellness, pelvic health, Pilates for menopause, kettlebells, and a Diploma in Biomechanics Coaching. My approach is rooted in understanding how the body moves, so every session is purposeful, safe, and effective.

Movement has had a profound impact on my own life, and I’m passionate about helping you build strength, confidence, and long-term health through moving well.

Hi it's Lou from Horsted Health Club. I’m lucky enough to say what was once my hobby has now become a much bigger part of my life. You will find me in the group fitness studio supporting members in movement with an aim to coach, inspire, have fun and energise as many people as possible.

I know how fitness can change lives in so many ways and I want to help be a catalyst for change inspiring others to become the best versions of themselves.

Vicky has been teaching for over 30 years and has taught everything imaginable. She now specialises in Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, and Aqua.

Luc Best has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 15 years. As a personal trainer he enjoys working with a wide range of clients helping them to achieve their own personal goals - whether that be weight loss, sports specific training, injury rehab or general fitness. Luc is a long-standing professional coach and personal trainer at Horsted Health Club, specialising in Pilates, yoga and spin.

Michelle is a ‘passionista' for wellness and fitness’ and an advocate for transformational dance. Michelle has led dance fitness classes at Horsted Health Club since January 2019 and is known in the Industry for her presentations at STEP 25, Royal Academy of Dance HQ in London, at the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine Conference in Brighton 2025 and was featured in Women and Health magazine October 2025 in their Health and Lifestyle edit promoting dance for women’s health from young adult to peri menopause and beyond. Michelle was nominated for the One Dance UK Awards 2025 in the Health and Lifestyle category for her 1:1 coaching and group exercise classes which offer a high energy cardio blast and her studies
as a Movement in Practice Facilitator and Move Assure Coach with Dance Scientist Dr Peter Lovatt and former ballerina Dame
Darcey Bussell will keep you on your toes, build strength of mind and spirit and keep your mobility, cognitive function and
balance in check!

Hi, I’m Simone, a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping people move, breathe and feel better in both body and mind. I believe yoga should feel accessible, supportive and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience or ability.

I am a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. I offer balanced, accessible classes that combine mindful movement with breath and alignment. My aim is to create a welcoming space where students of all levels can build strength and confidence, while leaving each class feeling grounded and calm.

Hello, I’m Susan from HHC. I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, with a strong focus on the connection between mind, body, and breath. I have over 25 years’ experience, having trained initially in Southern India and later with the British Wheel of Yoga. I also have experience working with individuals with special needs and supporting mental health.

Itzi is an explorative yoga teacher offering different styles of practice, adapting to the needs of her students and inviting both movement and stillness. She holds a 300-hour yoga teacher training certification and is also a certified 40-hour Breath to Heal facilitator. Her classes are rooted in breath, alignment, and mindful presence, creating a space where students can move with awareness and reconnect with themselves.
Currently studying physiotherapy, Itzi brings a growing understanding of anatomical movement and physiology into her teaching. She believes in meeting people where they are and encourages a gentle, curious approach to practice, both physically and emotionally.
Itzi sees yoga as a continuous journey that invites awareness, presence, and compassion both on and off the mat. Blending dynamic movement with stillness, strength with softness, Itzi encourages students to listen inward, honour their bodies, and move from a place of kindness.
